Q. What happens if I don't return the power bank?
A. If you don't return the power bank, the app will automatically charges a maximum of 60 dollars via pre-authorised payment. After the maximum is charged, the power bank is officially yours.
Q. Do I have to return the power bank to the same rental station that I borrow from?
A. No, you don't need to return the power bank to the rental station you have borrowed from. In fact, you can return to any power bank rental station you want as long as they belong to InstanCharge.
Q. What do I do if the power bank I borrow is damaged?
A. Do NOT use it! Contact InstanCharge immediately about the damage so we can send staff to collect it. Any fee InstanCharge charges you on that power bank will be refunded.
Q. What do I do if I have accidentally forgotten to return the power bank and is currently inconveniently to return it?
A. There is no need to panic. Just email InstanCharge about this mistake and the reason why you are currently unable to return the power bank. InstanCharge will record the time at which you send us the email. Once you return the power bank to InstanCharge rental station, we will refund you back the extra fee we charge you. Please note! you have to return the power bank within 24 hours. Otherwise, the fee will not be refunded.

Q. Do I, the business owner, pay the extra electricity cost of the rental station?
A. Yes, the business owners shall pay the extra electricity cost. However, the electricity cost is minimal. For reference, the average electricity consumption of InstanCharge rental station 24/7 is 2.8 kWh per month, which corresponds to less than one dollar of cost.
Q. Is their anything I need to do to maintain and operate the rental station?
A. No, there is nothing you or your employees need to do to run these rental stations. The station automatically connect to the system. Our InstanCharge staff may perform regular maintenance check to ensure normal operation.
Q. Are the power banks and rental stations safe? What happens if they catch fire?
A. The power banks and rental stations have been tested rigorously by ATL Lab and have received FC and EC certification. If they have any quality issue and cause any damage to your property, we InstanCharge will compensate all of your losses.
Q. Do I need to keep the station plugged in 24/7?
A. It is recommended. However, unplugged it and plugged it back in will not cause station to disconnect.
